128 Emulsion is a 35% cationic emulsion of an amine-functional silicone polymer. It has been specially formulated to add in the water-base personal care product,
repairing damage hair, providing excellent conditioning and the velvety smooth feel. It imparts a natural look and feel for hair, and it is not tacky. It can be used as a
conditioning additive for hair care products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling aids and hair colorants. This product provides good dilution stability and good
wash-off resistance.This emulsion also provides excellent detangling and sensory benefits.
