Product Name: Cationic guar gum
Composition: GUAR HYDROXYPROPYLTRIMONIUM CHLORIDE、SODIUM CHLORIDE、WATER
D-14S is a cationic guar gum polymer that provides conditioning and thickening dual benefits for hair and skin care products. This polymer is derived from renewable plants and has a high molecular weight. It is a moderately substituted cationic polymer that has a good effect on improving the dry and wet combing properties of hair. Through more professional production processes, its protein and free quaternary ammonium salt content is much lower than that of products on the market, thus ensuring higher stability and stronger conditioning properties in product applications. It has been widely used in translucent shampoo formulations.
It can be used as a thickener in shampoos, hair care products, facial cleansers, shaving creams, and other personal care products.
Compared to products on the market, D-14S possesses the characteristics of high-quality cationic guar gum products, namely uniform substitution with a high degree of substitution, absence of free quaternary ammonium salts after protein removal process, and high stability. Therefore, it avoids the adverse effects typically associated with conventional guar gum products, such as compromising the storage stability of hair care products and causing scalp irritation.
When applied in hair products, D-14S disperses easily, does not clump, and spreads evenly. It provides a more pleasant sensation compared to similar products, delivering excellent conditioning effects once adsorbed onto the hair strands. It also ensures satisfactory foam stability and anti-static effects, improving hair combability and maintaining hair gloss, softness, and elasticity over time.
The recommended usage level is typically between 0.05% to 1.5%.

When stored in its original sealed packaging in a dry environment at room temperature, the product has a shelf life of 24 months.
